Product Description
The Y5-48 boiler centrifugal induced draft fan is designed for 1-20t / h industrial boilers that are suitable for burning various coals and equipped with smoke and dust removal devices. It can be used where the intake conditions are equivalent and the performance is suitable. The maximum temperature must not exceed 250 ° C. A dust removal device with an efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed before the induced draft fan to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan to improve the life of the fan.
At present, there are many series of industrial boilers, the quality of the coal used is very different, and the resistance of the dust collector is different. The air volume and pressure of the induced draft fan are quite different. In order to adapt to the above situation, considering the economics of the fans, C-type transmissions are adopted, which not only can use different speeds with one machine number to meet the requirements of configuring various dust collectors of the same tonnage boiler, but also reduces the series and machine number of the fan. It is also convenient for the user to select different speeds according to the actual situation to obtain the desired air volume and pressure.
The induced draft fan is made into single suction. There are six types of machine numbers: No4, 5, 6.3, 8, 10, and 12.5.
